Arkadelphia Alliance and Chamber Announce EVP
The Arkadelphia Regional Economic Development Alliance and Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Tara Rollins will be joining our team as Executive Vice President and leader of the organization’s chamber of commerce effective April 3, 2023.
Rollins, a Clark County native, was born in Amity and attended Henderson State University earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. After graduation, Rollins was part of the management team of Arkansas retailers, Walmart and Dillard’s, leaving in 2002 to pursue a career in financial services currently serving as Branch Manager and VP of Lending at Two Rivers Federal Credit Union in Arkadelphia.
Coming from a long line of generational family businesses, she and her husband became small business owners themselves in 2018, and currently serve as proprietors of Arkadelphia Tire and Outfitters. This unique experience along with her customer service prowess provides her with the skills and advantages needed to help grow and serve Clark County’s small business community.
“We are thrilled to welcome Tara to the Alliance,” said Shelley Short, CEO of the Alliance and Chamber. “She will bring incredible business expertise to her new role, and I am so excited about the possibilities that exist to grow and enhance the chamber’s services under her leadership.”
Rollins and her husband, James, are big Badger fans with two boys attending Arkadelphia Public Schools and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the racetrack or on the water.
“I am honored to be given this opportunity to continue helping make Arkadelphia and Clark County a great place to call home,” said Rollins.
