Leadership Clark County

Leadership Clark County, sponsored by the Arkadelphia Regional Economic Development Alliance, is a program designed to create and encourage local leadership. Implementation of a leadership program was one of the goals of the Clark County Strategic Plan. The program aims to produce a networked group of emerging or existing leaders who share a common commitment to support and sustain our economy. Participants engage in a ninth-month course to develop effective leadership skills and knowledge in a wide range of topics such as Clark County history, education, economic development, state government, health care, transportation and agriculture.

"We have made amazing strides to eradicate our deficiencies with our strategic plan.  I see great things happening, but it takes patience and communication for everyone to see the things that are being done to improve upon the foundations laid by our forefathers."
