Clark County Strategic Plan
Arkadelphia is committed to realizing the vision of the Clark County Strategic Plan, a comprehensive planning initiative addressing the future development of our community. To date, the Plan has leveraged over $55 million dollars for our community. The Plan, adopted in 2007, was written by a public-private organization of more than 500 volunteer county residents.
