Mission Statement

The Arkadelphia Area Chamber of Commerce is a business-driven leadership organization responsible for fostering the economic growth and development of the Arkadelphia area, to ensure that business, industry, and education may operate profitably, and to enhance the learning opportunities and quality of life for every citizen.

  • Serving As Your Spokesman
    The Chamber is your voice to our local, state, and national lawmakers. The Chamber lobbies on behalf of its membership and seeks to inform our members of issues and trends that may affect our area.
  • Answering Your Mail and Phone
    Each month the Chamber receives hundreds of inquiries from current residents, visitors, relocators, and companies. The Chamber is available to assist, referring only those businesses that are members of the Chamber. The Chamber also maintains a toll-free number for out-of-town business inquiries.
  • Promoting Your Business
    Through publicity opportunities the Chamber consistently brings positive public attention to our members through e-mail blasts and our online community calendar. You may also receive daily updates via email about ribbon cuttings, Business After Hours, Chamber Coffees, and numerous other events that take place weekly.
  • Shop Arkadelphia
    All Chamber members are provided a "Shop Arkadelphia" webpage upon request. This listing provides business information, images, and other background spotlighting your unique business.
  • Encouraging Tourism and Growth
    The Chamber actively promotes the Arkadelphia area and encourages tourism and new business opportunities, thus bringing more business directly to its Chamber Members.
  • Identification
    Annual membership decals displayed help others recognize you as an active member of the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Business Referrals
    Only Chamber members are referred to individuals or businesses requesting information on available services. Members may also request referral reports on a monthly basis.
  • Advertising
    Inclusion in the Chamber of Commerce's yearly publication insert in the Daily Siftings Herald and other membership information.
  • Networking
    Opportunities to meet and interact with business leaders and residents in our community through Chamber activities and task forces.
  • Business After Hours
    A social event held quarterly which provides members the opportunity to network with other members, business leaders, and local residents regularly.
  • Business Ribbon Cuttings
    A special Chamber service provided for businesses that are active members. Ambassadors will visit and conduct a ribbon cutting ceremony complete with a picture in the Daily Siftings Herald.
  • Membership Listing
    This user-friendly tool allows you to have the Chamber of Commerce membership at your fingertips. Use it to target a particular market, to do mailings and publicity, or just to reach a business contact. Our member list and mailing labels are available to you.
  • Exposure
    Your business will be listed in the membership directory found on www.arkadelphia.org, the official website of the Arkadelphia Area Chamber of Commerce. This website reaches countless numbers of prospective residents, visitors, businesses, and consumers.
  • Sponsorship Opportunities
    Chamber of Commerce members have the opportunity to purchase Member Exclusive services provided by the Chamber. Opportunities include sponsoring Chamber publications and events such as the weekly Chamber Coffee, Business After Hours, the Annual Chamber Banquet, Golf Tournament, and meetings of the Board of Directors
