Ouachita’s focus on academic excellence is reflected through majors in seven academic schools in the disciplines of business, Christian studies, education, fine arts, humanities, natural sciences and social sciences. The university’s latest academic offerings include an accelerated three-year Biomedical Scholars Program and an emphasis in sport management as well as online bachelor’s degrees in business administration and Christian studies. Ouachita also has launched an innovative Loan Affordability Pledge to help make college costs more affordable.

International study opportunities are available in such settings as Australia, France, Japan and South Africa, as well as Ouachita’s newest international partnership with Liverpool Hope University in the United Kingdom.

Ouachita features more than 40 campus organizations as well as social clubs, intramural sports and numerous ministry opportunities. Tiger Serve Day, Tiger Tunes, Christian Focus Week, the Battle of the Ravine and other events throughout the year help build camaraderie and community.
