Local Jobs Website to be Developed
A jobs website will soon be coming to Clark County. The inaugural class of Leadership Clark County, a program of the Arkadelphia Regional Economic Development Alliance (“Alliance”), chose as a class project to create a job placement website that would connect employers with the available workforce in Clark County. This website will include a range of job opportunities, including part time, full time, and temporary positions. Your Web Press, a company based in Jonesboro, will develop the site, which will be linked on the Alliance website. In its December 8, 2009, meeting, the Alliance approved a $5,000 grant to help fund the initial development and marketing costs of the jobs website.
